The manual is based on Audit New Zealand’s CARKEYS audit methodology and aims to provide detailed guidance material and samples for SAIs which conduct financial (regularity) audits. The draft manual is still being developed and should be available for review by technical advisors and Champion and Auditor General of Papua New Guinea, Mr. George Sullimann on 29 November 2010. |
