Progress made: The working group met in Auckland from 23 to 27 August 2010 and completed the first draft of the manual.  The manual is based on the ASOSAI principles of human resource management and encompasses detailed policies.
 
The draft is being cleared by the Secretariat and will be handed for review by the Champion of the manual and Auditor General of Tonga, Dr. Pohiva Tu’i’onetoa on 7 October 2010.
