Progress made: The group has completed 70 % of the training course materials. The training course materials adopt the IDI training format and includes the following for each session:

This training course materials cover the following sessions: 
  1. Introduction
  2. Audit Planning
  3. Reporting
  4. Other Supervisory Skills/Competencieswhich include time management, conducting effective meetings, coaching contract/life coaching, motivating and retaining employees, controlling and monitoring, managing poor performance, keeping your group productive
  5. Presentation Skills
 
The group intends to add some sessions on conducting audit field work and the role supervisors play in this phase of the audit process.
