Competency Framework
We have developed the PASAI Competency Framework to:
Support the implementation of PASAI’s strategy
Link the vision, mission and priorities in the strategy to a set of competencies that needs to be developed at SAIs to enable wider impact.
Identify a set of competencies that will guide the coordination of PASAI resources, peer-to-peer arrangements among PASAI members and other development partner programs.
Enable human resource management
Identify the level of expertise required at the Secretariat to implement the strategy and to plan accordingly.
Plan performance management and professional development of staff while linking to the set of competencies.
Enhance communication
Inform development partners about how we are addressing recommendations from the evaluation.
Inform all stakeholders of the modality of programs to address the set of competencies.
Achieve the set outputs and impacts from program implementation.
