Able to critically review performance audit working papers and reports and provide clear and constructive feedback that adds value

PASAI Performance Audit webinars on reviewing working papers, reviewing reports and giving feedback
Based on interviews and/or focus groups with practitioners.

Able to manage conflict, and engage persuasively with senior executives and Parliament to have impact and influence improvement through performance audits

  • Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy free online micro modules:
    - Using Assertiveness in Negotiation
    - The value of "constructive conflict"

Able to competently use PASAI’s recommended Audit Management Tool to record review and sign-off of working papers and reports

The SAI Enhancement Audit Tool (A-SEAT) platform offered by the African Organisation of English-speaking Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI-E) is currently being assessed by the Office of the Secretary-General.
